About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Food and Beverage Company of Kanata Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English or French language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
