About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at TRUE LOAF BREAD COMPANY. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and keep records of food quantities used.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in an urban area, and public transportation is available.
  • Weight Handling: You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of your duties.
  • Experience: We will provide training for the right candidate, and prior experience is not necessary.
