Job Description

Durham College seeks an experienced and strategic thinker to lead its emergency management team. Reporting to the Director, Campus Safety, the Manager of Emergency Management will be responsible for developing and implementing the college's emergency management framework, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in emergency management or a related field, with a strong background in planning and policy development. A Master's degree would be considered an asset.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in crisis situations. They will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with clients and colleagues.

A competitive salary range is $99,792 - $133,056 per year.
