Strategic Office Planner and Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Office Planner and Design Lead to join our team at Vancouver City Savings Credit Union. This role will be responsible for overseeing the planning and design of office and branch space, ensuring that our premises meet business requirements and reflect the unique character of the local community.
About the Role- Develop and implement strategies for the planning and design of office and branch space, aligning with corporate climate and accessibility goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our premises meet business requirements, reflect the local community's unique character, and are aligned with our retail and commercial service experience.
- Specify the quality of construction materials used within established design guidelines, balancing environmental impacts against business requirements.
- Co-lead the development and maintenance of the strategy and approach to branch renewals and improvements, aligned with branch performance data and leasing timelines.
- 5+ years' experience in a supervisory role, including budget management.
- An undergraduate degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred, along with professional registration and technical experience with CAD software.
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with various target audiences.
- A salary range of $91,000 to $136,400, with a mid-point offer of $113,700.
- In addition to 10 statutory holidays in British Columbia, we provide three extra statutory holidays.
