About the Role

Owens Corning is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales and Marketing Director to join our team in Quebec City, Quebec. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing our company's growth strategy in the Eastern part of Quebec.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with experience in the roofing and building materials industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets or exceeds sales targets, while also identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.

You will work closely with our technical sales representatives, other regional sales managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of our sales strategy. Your goal will be to foster current customer growth, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and drive sales revenue growth in your assigned territory.

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Owens Corning's overall business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and loyalty
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, including product launches, promotions, and trade shows
  • Manage and prioritize multiple sales initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery of results

Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, expand our customer base, and drive sales revenue growth in your assigned territory.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the roofing and building materials industry
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Collaborative mindset, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
