We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Strategist to drive our growth in Western Canada. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our presence in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Canada.
  • Accompany the onboarding of new partners and build successful relationships.
  • Organize and supervise online training for sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
  • Conclude partner business plans and monitor the successful development of sales partners and distributors.
  • Participate in fairs and partner events, presenting our solutions.
  • Create relevant forecasts and define concrete measures to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Marketing, and represent the company as a personal contact person.

Your Profile:

You will be a solid IT professional with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes. Minimum five years of experience in IT, preferably in IT security or cloud services, is required. Your background in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Canada is essential, as well as your ability to develop partners strategically and economically.

You should possess excellent communication skills, be confident in dealing with partners and customers, and have a talent for negotiation. A high willingness to travel and convince customers and partners of Hornetsecurity services in presentations and negotiations is a must. Your passion for innovation, independence, and personal and professional development will make you a valuable asset to our team.
