About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at HR Immigration Inc. in a key support role for our immigration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and record minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business operations.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient access to information.
Work Environment

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
