We are seeking a skilled Business Development Relationship Specialist to join our local team. In this role, you will be responsible for elevating customer relationships, attracting new business, and growing AFC revenue while balancing risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use critical thinking to assess business and risk situations, making informed decisions with minimal oversight.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs by utilizing CRM tools and work queues.
  • Grow the portfolio organically and assist in promotional efforts to new and existing accounts for product campaigns and cross-platform partnerships.
  • Manage, service, and balance risk on customer accounts.
  • Drive new growth opportunities and manage existing accounts.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
  • A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel frequently within your market to support current and prospective customers.
  • Strong sales expertise, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • A solid understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development.
  • Proficiency in technology required for the position, including mobile applications and software.
  • High accountability towards local goals and business targets.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau.
