Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in process re-engineering, use case development, and SAP project experience. They will be skilled in problem identification, information gathering, and decision-making, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities- Represent and define process requirements during process design, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed process designs and documentation, including use cases and user stories.
- Conduct GAP analyses between business processes and SAP functionality, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Execute unit testing for configuration and custom developments, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
- Support security, data conversion, batch processing, and system performance testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall system performance.
- Provide post-implementation support to end users on production systems, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Participate in solution scoping, planning, and knowledge transfer sessions, sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops to identify and address solution gaps, driving innovation and improvement across the organization.
- Contribute to solution design activities and integration requirements for third-party and external systems, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to drive business outcomes.
- Provide master data inputs and review data conversion approaches, ensuring accurate and reliable data management practices.
- Assist in defining batch job schedules and parameters, optimizing system performance and efficiency.
- Validate business process design deliverables and determine UAT test scripts, ensuring rigorous testing and quality assurance.
- Support the development of technical architecture deliverables, contributing to the creation of scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Participate in integration and user acceptance testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and delivery.
- Acquire solution knowledge for post-implementation support and ongoing maintenance, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Review and resolve data definition conflicts across modules, engaging other leads as necessary to drive resolution and improvement.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process re-engineering and use case development.
- At least 2 years of experience working on SAP projects.
- Strong communication, consulting, and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to clearly convey complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in problem identification, information gathering, and decision-making.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
