**Job Description:***

We are seeking an experienced Banking Advisor to join our team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building lasting business relationships.

You will adopt a friendly approach, listen actively, and offer a people-centric experience for branch clients. Your job responsibilities will include greeting clients and answering questions, helping clients use banking applications and ABMs, handling cash and other transactional operations, listening to clients' needs and resolving complex situations, giving advice and offering transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, and ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.

Your team will work together to ensure our clients reach their goals and colleagues do what they love. We rely on our colleagues to share knowledge and help each other.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
* Customer service experience
* Inclusive attitude and openness to diversity
* Positive attitude and empathy for clients
* Interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge
* Ability to adapt to different situations
* Fluency in English; French is an asset
