The Royal Conservatory is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager, Examinations Delivery to lead the planning and execution of examinations logistics. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of examinations, both in-person and remote, across Canada, the US, and international centers.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish annual session dates for practical and theory examinations in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage the design of examination center routes to ensure efficient operations and compliance with pedagogical and logistical standards.
- Oversee examiner logistics, including travel and accommodations, to facilitate smooth examination processes.
- Supervise the receipt and processing of examination materials, including timely release of marks and issuance of certificates.
- Identify operational risks and implement process improvements to enhance examination delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative and logistics experience.
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Past supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet conflicting deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 per annum.
