**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator/Operations Support Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for cloud-based infrastructure, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices for IT Service Management, including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Configuration Management.
  • Manage and maintain middleware applications, including WebSphere, Oracle 19c, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
  • Develop and implement reports and data visualizations using Power BI and other tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our infrastructure remains secure and efficient.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in ITIL Service Management, with a focus on Incident Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management.
  • Experience with middleware applications, including WebSphere, Oracle 19c, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with IT service management tools, including Remedy/eSMT.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a public sector environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based computing solutions and concepts.
  • Experience with network topologies, including firewalls, load balancers, and DNS.
