We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Control
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure food and service meet quality control standards
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and staff performance
    • Prepare food order summaries for our chef
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer service
    • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all staff
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting and Conditions
    • Willing to relocate to work in a restaurant environment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer service
