Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

SARDAR JI cottrelle Blvd is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our guests
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
  • Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced dining establishment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and menu planning, with a focus on quality and presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
