Job Title: Group Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Leader to join our team at John W. MacLeod - Fleming Tower Elem. The successful candidate will work in our after school program, Monday-Friday, approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of child care professionals in the after school program
* Develop and implement recreational programming for children
* Maintain strong communication skills to ensure effective teamwork
* Possess a High School Completion Certificate or equivalent

Assets:

* Valid First Aid/CPR Certification is considered an asset

Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $18.28 plus vacation pay

* Paid training opportunities available, including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.

* Potential for additional hours

* Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge
