Paragon Staffing is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join their Vancouver team. This role will cover the territories of British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving new business, expanding market reach, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive growth by spearheading efforts to attract and secure new clients.
• Take direct ownership of Net Sales and Gross Profit at both the customer and shipment levels through your personal initiative and dedication.
• Actively pursue external sales opportunities with both potential and existing clients to build and strengthen relationships.
• Promote our full range of products and services to ensure a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Consistently update Salesforce with timely and accurate information, ensuring all key fields are filled for effective country and regional reporting.
• Collaborate with Director of Business Development to determine effective sales strategies that align with organizational directives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with medium to large accounts to drive ongoing business success.
• Ensure all expenses are recorded accurately in the compliance portal to maintain transparency and accountability.
