We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Education Accreditation Manager to join our team at Accreditation Canada.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team responsible for managing accreditation services for educational programs at colleges and universities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely communication and addressing client needs while building long-term relationships.
  • Accreditation Process Oversight: Oversee accreditation assessment activities, ensuring they are conducted rigorously, objectively, and within established timelines.
  • Expert Client Support: Act as the primary resource for clients, offering advice, coaching, and exceptional service.
  • Drafting Accreditation Reports: Prepare comprehensive and objective reports based on surveyor assessments and feedback, clearly outlining recommendations for quality improvement.
  • Leading Educational Sessions: Conduct presentations and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of the accreditation process and standards.
  • Staying Informed: Stay current on accreditation standards, regulations, and developments in health and education fields.
Requirements:
  • University degree, health professional credential, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of broad and progressive experience in healthcare or education with a focus on program administration, client account management, operational planning, and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information, identify root causes, develop solutions, and provide impactful recommendations.
  • Proficiency in English, with exceptional writing skills in both languages. French language skills are an asset.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement principles and methodologies.
