**Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine and specialized foot care services to patients with diabetes, including wound management and prevention
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
  • Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote diabetic foot care and prevention

**Requirements:

  • Degree in chiropody from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a community-based setting, preferably with a focus on diabetes care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Knowledge of social determinants of health and their impact on health outcomes
