Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with benefits, including paid vacation and wellness days, mentorship opportunities, and ongoing education allowance.


Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist in Mental Health, your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Assessing and treating individuals with mental health conditions using evidence-based practices
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to meet client needs
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
  • Experience working with mental health populations, preferably in a community-based setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
