Transportation Manager

The Transport Manager will be responsible for monitoring all transportation-related functions and activities to ensure compliance with established laws, codes, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. This includes ensuring that drivers are onboarded according to CR+'s internal compliance protocols and providing direction and support within all operating areas of the department.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position, a CDL Holder class 1, and previous experience in the recycling, waste, or related industry. They will also have advanced knowledge of transport and dispatching operations, as well as route optimization and re-routing experience.
