Cybersecurity Project Manager

At Alstom, we're committed to creating a safer and more sustainable transportation system. As an OT / ICS Project Cybersecurity Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security of our projects and protecting our customers' assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities in our projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure the security of our projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and third-party vendors to ensure they meet our security standards.
- Provide training and support to project teams on cybersecurity best practices and procedures.
- Monitor and report on project security status and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on industrial control systems.
- Experience with project management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
