Cybersecurity Project Manager

At Alstom, we're committed to creating a safer and more sustainable transportation system. As an OT / ICS Project Cybersecurity Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security of our industrial control systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities in our industrial control systems.
- Design and implement cybersecurity architectures to protect our systems from cyber threats.
- Manage third-party risks and ensure that our suppliers meet our cybersecurity standards.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide training and awareness programs to ensure that our employees understand the importance of cybersecurity.
- Manage the budget for cybersecurity initiatives and ensure that we're getting the best value for our investment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on industrial control systems.
- Experience with project management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
