Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement planning strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide insights to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance planning efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in a planning role, with 5 years in a leadership position.
- Postgraduate education in engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
