Sushi Mura River District Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team at Sushi Mura River District. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the preparation and serving of food in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Develop and maintain high-quality standards for food presentation and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Establish work schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure seamless operations.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $**$45,000 - $55,000 per year**, depending on experience. This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week. We value our employees' contributions and strive to provide a supportive and inclusive work environment.
What You Need to Know- This role requires a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
