Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at TUMAINI GROUP CORPORATION. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately tracked and reported.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or retail management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
