Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

DHE BOSS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
