Job Title: Landscaping Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Clintar Landscape Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, tree service, and snow removal
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscape features
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including reading blueprints and drawings
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including chain saws, pick-up trucks, and small engine equipment
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
