Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Advisor to join our team at Envision Financial. As a Member Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, identifying their financial needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Respond to member inquiries and concerns through various channels, including digital platforms and in-person interactions. Build strong relationships with members to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Member Transactions: Process a range of member transactions, including account openings, deposits, and withdrawals. Promote digital banking adoption and achieve sales and referral targets.
  • Branch Goals: Contribute to the achievement of annual branch goals and objectives by promoting First West products and services, participating in branch campaigns, and identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities.
  • Other Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance member experience and productivity.
  • Branch/Team Support: Collaborate with team members to build a positive and diverse work environment. Assist with mentoring and training new team members.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required
  • Completion of FW Sales Essentials Course within 6 months of hire required
  • Must complete the internal First West certification program specific to this role within the required timeframe
  • College, Trade or Tech School Diploma (2 years) preferred
  • 2 years of retail/customer service experience or equivalent required
  • Sales and cash handling experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to identify needs and recommend products and services to members
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with current and potential members
  • Demonstrated ability to be positive, flexible to change and work in a busy environment
  • Proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by being able to demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures
Compensation

Salary Range: $43,000 - $48,700
