Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service experiences
  • Offer recommendations for aftermarket auto parts and accessories based on your automotive knowledge
  • Collaborate effectively with team members at various levels to source, order, and provide optimal solutions for our customers
  • Take initiative to enhance your automotive knowledge continuously
  • Perform diverse tasks throughout the store to contribute to team success

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in automotive and/or sales is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and positive manner, both in-person and over the phone
  • A motivated individual eager to learn and expand their automotive knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs

Compensation

Pay range: $20 - $23.50/hour, based on experience.
