**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide financial analysis and support to commercial sales team members.
  • Conduct annual reviews of commercial accounts and analyze financial statements to identify potential issues or concerns.
  • Research industry reports and analyze market data related to specific credit applications.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of loan security and delinquency reports.
  • Complete required paperwork for new credit applications and ensure all supporting documentation is in place.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and forward to commercial banking advisors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships within the branch network and the business community.

**Requirements**

  • College, Trade or Tech School Diploma (2 years) in a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • 2 years sales and financial analysis experience or equivalent required.
  • Previous knowledge of lending policies, procedures, products, and services preferred.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory requirements influencing the granting and collection of commercial credit preferred.
  • Proven knowledge and skills in financial statement analysis and credit risk management.
  • Proven ability to manage change and identify and act upon continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Strong work ethic and demonstrated resourcefulness in execution of daily activities.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Excel and Word.
