About the Role:
As a Senior Care Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team of Home Support Workers, Caregivers, and Nurses committed to providing the highest quality of care to our clients. Your reliability and compassion will play a crucial role in assisting seniors with their daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients in their homes.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
  • Engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:
  • We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, caring, and dedicated to improving the lives of others.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Must reside in the North/South Delta area.
  • A smartphone with data is necessary for scheduling and reporting.
  • A criminal record check and two professional references are mandatory.
