Envision Financial is seeking a dedicated Member Advisor to provide exceptional service and support to our valued members.

As a Member Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our members, guiding them through their financial needs and building lasting relationships. You will leverage your knowledge of our products and services to offer tailored solutions and ensure a positive member experience.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Member Support: Effectively address member inquiries and requests through various channels, including digital platforms and in-person interactions. Cultivate strong relationships with members by understanding their financial goals and providing personalized guidance.
  • Transaction Processing: Handle a range of member transactions accurately and efficiently, such as account openings, debit/credit card applications, and deposits. Promote the use of digital banking tools to enhance member convenience.
  • Branch Success: Contribute to the achievement of branch goals by actively promoting Envision Financial products and services. Participate in branch initiatives and identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Embrace opportunities for professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Your Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • 2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to identify member needs and recommend appropriate solutions
