About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Specialist to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Customer Contact Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients through various channels, including inbound, outbound, and eService.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class support to clients on their daily banking needs, including educating them on self-service channels and proactively recommending products that meet their financial needs.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, and provide clients with accurate and timely information to support their financial goals.
Requirements
  • Strong English and French language skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
