Bilingual Client Service Representative - Tangerine

Your Responsibilities:

As a brand ambassador in our contact centre, you will contribute to a team that provides award-winning service and delivers top-tier banking solutions to Canadians. In your role as a Client Service Representative, you will interact with clients, offering exceptional support for their everyday banking needs, educating them on self-service options, and proactively suggesting products that align with their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing friendly and professional service to clients through various communication channels in a dynamic environment.
  • Engaging with clients to deliver best-in-class support for their banking needs while proactively recommending suitable financial products.
  • Educating clients on a variety of financial offerings (e.g., Chequing/Savings accounts) and self-service options to empower them to manage their banking online.
  • Striving for first contact resolution while identifying and addressing barriers to excellent service.

Training & Work Schedule:

  • Comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Flexibility in working morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A genuine desire to assist clients and develop effective solutions.
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to contact centre technologies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
