Technical Support Representative/Trainer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative/Trainer to join our team at LG Canada. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and facilitating training sessions for our technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure our technicians have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide expert support and training.
  • Document and report field quality issues to the Quality team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in servicing consumer Home Appliances, including refrigerators, washers, ranges, dishwashers, etc.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and provide technical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate in French (preferred).
