About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Digital Engagement Specialist to join our team at RBC Dominion Securities Inc. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering our advisor teams to embrace digital solutions and enhance their client interactions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with individual advisors to understand their needs and goals, providing tailored guidance on digital tools and strategies.
  • Work across departments to ensure seamless support for advisor teams, facilitating the adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Partner with branch leadership to develop and implement comprehensive digital engagement initiatives that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and sharing best practices in digital wealth management.
  • Act as a thought leader, inspiring and influencing advisors to embrace digital transformation within their practice.

Your Qualifications

  • A deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly within the wealth management sector.
  • Experience with RBC Dominion Securities Inc. applications and systems is highly desirable.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with advisors.
  • A natural curiosity and a passion for innovation, seeking out new ways to leverage technology for business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in training, coaching, or sales within the financial services industry.
  • A proven track record of developing new programs or driving innovation within a role.
