About the Role:

The Strategic Technology Portfolio Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining business architecture frameworks aligned with the bank's strategic goals. This individual will lead cross-functional teams in managing complex technology integration initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Manage the Enterprise Technology and Data Portfolio by liaising with multiple business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Business Modeling and Road mapping: Develop detailed process models and roadmaps to guide the development and implementation of business and data solutions.
  • Capacity and Demand Management: Effectively manage capacity and demand to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization, leading the intake process for new project proposals.
  • Complex Initiative Delivery: Drive and oversee the delivery of select complex, high-stakes technology integration initiatives, ensuring milestones from the integration roadmap are met.

Key Requirements:

  • A graduate degree (e.g., Master's in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field) or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience with a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation initiatives.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of business solutions, products, and the regulatory environment.
  • Advanced experience in Agile methodologies, program leadership, and project management, including leading large, cross-functional strategic initiatives with significant organizational impact.

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
