Job Overview

The Director, Technology Integration Portfolio Architecture plays a pivotal role in supporting EQ Bank's vision to become a leading challenger bank. This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and maintaining the business architecture for key functions within the Enterprise Technology & Data Portfolio.

This involves creating and implementing technology and data solutions that meet current business needs while aligning with future strategic directions.


Main Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Oversees the Enterprise Technology and Data Portfolio by collaborating with multiple business and technology stakeholders and develops business architecture frameworks aligned with the bank's strategic goals.
  • Business Modeling and Road mapping: Develops and manages detailed process models and roadmaps to guide the development and implementation of business and data solutions.
  • Portfolio Planning: Leads the planning and prioritization of projects within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Capacity and Demand Management: Effectively manages capacity and demand to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.
  • Intake Process: Manages the intake process for new project proposals, including evaluation, sizing, prioritization, and approval.
  • Complex Initiative Delivery: Drives and oversees the delivery of select complex, high-stakes technology integration initiatives.

Key Requirements
  • A graduate degree (e.g., Master's in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field) or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience with a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation initiatives.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of business solutions, products, and the regulatory environment.
  • Advanced experience in Agile methodologies, program leadership, and project management, including leading large, cross-functional strategic initiatives with significant organizational impact.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and process orientation with demonstrated business acumen in the financial services industry.
  • Highly developed skills in collaboration, relationship-building, and communication.

Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000 per year
