Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our Application Infrastructure team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our ServiceNow SaaS implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated operational tasks to maximize system availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues and collaborate with colleagues to resolve problems.
  • Develop and maintain observability tools, including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to technical emergencies.
  • Identify and prioritize technical debt to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of operational tools and architecture reviews.

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow administration or development experience, or software development skills in one or more programming languages, such as Python.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish warm, effective relationships with colleagues.
  • Dependable team worker with a commitment to client service.
