We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud Solutions Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. in Toronto, ON, CAN.


Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year



Overview

As a Cloud Solutions Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and market share in North America by establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with consulting and technology partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development initiatives that drive opportunities to solutions built on AWS.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales or business development, with a proven track record of managing joint GTM success with consulting and technology partners. They will be an exceptional communicator and presenter, able to articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical with multiple account teams and partners and/or with a specific list of strategic partners with defined revenue and win targets
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services to customers and partners
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive AWS adoption
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan supporting multiple account teams and/or specific assigned partners to drive achievement of revenue and win goals


Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of technology related sales or business development experience
  • 5+ years of direct field experience selling software or cloud solutions
  • Experience communicating and presenting to Sr. leadership
