Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Clerk to join our Administration Team at GEM Health Care Group. As a cohesive member of the team, you will be responsible for payroll processing, maintaining employee benefits, and employee records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Process payroll, including deductions and remittances
- Prepare balances and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly statements and employee payments
- Process forms and documentation for benefits administration
- Compile payroll-related reports
- Inform employees about payroll and benefits matters

Requirements

- 3 years of experience in payroll
- Strong organizational and communication skills
