We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan (OTIP). As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates
  • Assist with onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Support internal mobility initiatives and draft letters for internal movements and promotions
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and facilitate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings
Requirements
  • Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or administrative support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
