Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent in Enterprise Information Management and the global software industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines and proactive talent pools for critical revenue-generating roles.
  • Manage the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, pre-qualifying, interviewing, assessing, and extending/negotiating offers.
  • Proactively identify and influence hiring decisions to achieve the best talent outcome.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience and champion our talent brand and value proposition.
  • Contribute to continuous recruitment excellence initiatives and projects.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on talent markets, competitor profiles, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in software.
  • Excellent sourcing and data mining skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of the enterprise software market and industry.
  • Experience using multiple e-recruiting platforms, including web-based ATS', LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
  • A relentless focus on finding the best talent, leveraging a variety of platforms, systems, and techniques.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with Hiring Managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess talent using formal methodologies.
