About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at AlgaeCal. As a key member of our Customer Success Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them navigate their bone health journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a knowledge base for customers, providing accurate and timely information about our products and their bone health benefits.
  • Listen actively to customers, empathizing with their concerns and providing personalized support to help them make informed decisions.
  • Process customer orders and returns, ensuring seamless transactions and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Support customers through various channels, including email, phone, and other mediums.
  • Update customer records, process accounts, and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Strong customer service background and experience in a similar role.
  • Passion for natural health and wellness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
