Commission Analyst

As a Commission Analyst at CWB Financial Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) for all CWB Wealth employees. Your primary responsibility will be to execute SIP processes, including preparation of SIP calculations, for CWB Wealth's Portfolio Managers, Financial Planners, and Wealth Advisors. You will also be responsible for reconciling accounts, capturing monthly financial accruals, and confirming correct accounting coding and tags. Additionally, you will audit and validate manual commission requests, prepare and process ad-hoc SIP adjustments, and deliver SIP reports to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute SIP processes, including preparation of SIP calculations, for CWB Wealth's Portfolio Managers, Financial Planners, and Wealth Advisors.
- Reconcile accounts, capturing monthly financial accruals.
- Confirm correct accounting coding and tags.
- Audit and validate manual commission requests.
- Prepare and process ad-hoc SIP adjustments.
- Deliver SIP reports to key stakeholders.
Requirements
This role requires a strong understanding of sales functions, key reports, and processes that are key data inputs into a Sales Incentive Plan. You should have a post-secondary degree or diploma in business, accounting, human resources, or a related field, and two or more years of experience working with Sales Incentive Plans. Additionally, you should have strong experience and skills with Microsoft Excel and working with high volumes of data.
