We are looking for a Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our growing North American team. Reporting to the Director FP&A, you will be a key member of the finance team working to increase the company’s efficiency and profitability through planning, decision support and management reporting. You will partner closely with the Controllership and Sales teams, providing perspectives and decision support services.

**Key Role & Responsibilities**:

- Work with internal teams to support business decisions, review monthly results and identify the cause of any unexpected variances, and draft comprehensive reporting packages
- Build standardized reports leveraging data from centralized corporate systems
- Assist in the preparation of the regional budget
- Collaborate with FP&A team members to enhance total company reporting & develop FP&A maturity
- Liaise with Controllership group for NA financial reporting requirements
- Proficient at financial planning and analysis software (Jedox, Google Data Studio, MS Dynamics)
- Prepare/review calculations for variable pay compensation schemes
- Work with FP&A team in developing various scenario models and sensitivity analysis incorporating operational, economic, and competitive intelligence
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as required

**Qualifications** What you bring**:

- Curious and self-starting attitude with ability to think fast and prioritize multiple tasks
- Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant area from a recognized institution; a CPA, CFA or working towards is an asset
- 3-5 years of progressive professional experience in Finance related functions, or related reporting areas
- Track record of delivering results in past roles
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage, partner and prioritize across diverse global stakeholders
- Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills
- Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills

The salary range for this position is $83,000.00 - $93,000.00 CAD. Exact salary offered will be dependent on multiple factors including level of experience, job-related knowledge, skills, work location, etc. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a variable bonus and/or commission. As part of the compensation package, benefits are also offered for all full-time roles and part-time roles working a minimum of 24 hours a week.
