Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Orthotic Clinic Assistant to join our team at Academy Foot and Orthotic Clinics. As an Orthotic Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in the delivery of orthotic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer tests and instruct patients on test procedures, recording results and monitoring equipment.
  • Assist healthcare professionals in the delivery of orthotic services, including preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, operate and maintain sterilization equipment, and maintain inventory of equipment.
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress and process files and paperwork.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage routine office functions, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
