Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of business systems, networks, and Internet-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of technical solutions and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored support.
- Work closely with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- 1-7 months of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of business systems, networks, and Internet technologies.
This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
