Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Team Members
Lead and motivate a team of technicians to achieve exceptional results, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
Manage Shop OperationsOversee the day-to-day operations of the repair shop, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
Train and Develop Team MembersProvide guidance and training to junior technicians to help them develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Ensure Quality and EfficiencyMonitor and improve the quality of work produced by the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements- Education and Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a bicycle repair shop or related industry, with a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance.
Leadership and Communication SkillsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technicians.
Technical Knowledge and SkillsStrong technical knowledge and skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.
