Bicycle Repair Shop Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bicycle Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at Ohm Cycles Canada Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bicycle repair shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to provide top-notch repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our bicycle repair technicians, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of repair and maintenance activities, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our repair shop operations.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our team members are trained and equipped to work safely.
  • Collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a bicycle repair shop or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of supervising and coordinating the work of others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
